Chartered on November 19th , 2003, IBEW Local Union 36 headquartered in Rochester, New York, has jurisdiction over Utility work when preformed by employees of Rochester Gas &; Electric (RG&E), the region’s utility provider.

Our membership includes Gas and Electric Field Operations, System Operations, Fleet Services, Customer Service, Materials Management and Physical Support Services – over 375 skilled professionals dedicated to excellence in the utility industry.
